Sarah Letteney is a New England based illustrator and printmaker. Her line drawings are both graphically rendered and graphically themed, as well placed blood spatters serve as a kind of comic relief in motifs of heartbreak and hard times. Whether it stems from overt humor or from a gut reaction to the macabre, her work always provokes laughter. Sarah is a contributor to The New Yorker Magazine.
